The story of Novaxion begins in 1988 when Christophe Duplan, a graduate engineer from INSA Lyon, developed the first gathering robot. An adventure began, where ingenuity would be at the heart of the project, by adapting an industrial robot for glass gathering, a revolution!
From this innovation, new projects were launched in partnership with Fanuc Robotics, a global leader in robot manufacturing.
For over three decades, Novaxion has continually pushed the boundaries of innovation in the field of industrial robotics. Here’s a look back at some key dates that have shaped our journey:
Christophe Duplan founded CYBERGLASS Robotics, laying the foundation for a technological revolution.
The creation of the gathering robot marked a major milestone in automating production processes.
NOVAXION was born, still driven by the visionary leadership of Christophe Duplan.
Development of the first swabbing robot, the SR200, a true asset for optimizing industrial performance.
Novaxion joined the Rondot Group, thus strengthening its expertise and resources to reach new heights.
New horizons were reached with the relocation of our headquarters to Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, at the heart of innovation.
With new leadership, Novaxion continues to forge its path towards excellence.
First "Great Place to Work" certification
A new milestone is reached with the development of the Blow Side robot, the result of years of research and innovation.
Start of ISO 9001 certification.
The first factory test of the Blow Side, a symbol of our commitment to revolutionizing production processes.
First Carbon Footprint assessment completed
First Ecovadis rating at the Group level.
