Our commitment to sustainability

CSR is placed at the heart of our activities, and we are already involved in numerous responsible initiatives based on four strong commitments at group level (Undertake, Grow, Govern, Preserve). These commitments reflect major challenges selected according to their importance for internal and external stakeholders, as well as for their impact on the Rondot Group’s economic success : member of Global compact organization at the group level, all our commitments are aligned with the 17 SDGs.

At Novaxion, we are deeply committed to integrating sustainability into every facet of our operations. Our efforts reflect our dedication to reducing environmental impact, promoting social responsibility, and ensuring a positive workplace for our employees.

Environmental responsibility

In 2024, we conducted a comprehensive carbon footprint assessment to analyze our greenhouse gas emissions and raise awareness among our team. As a result, we implemented corrective actions to improve our consumption habits and organizational processes with environmental impact in mind.

We actively sort and recycle waste in collaboration with a local recycling company, ensuring efficient waste management in our industrial area.

Our facilities include two charging stations available to employees, supporting greener transportation options.

Social engagement

Help individuals who are distanced from the job market regain confidence through integration internships, which can sometimes lead to a permanent position. This has been the case for us, as two employees have been hired following this program.

As part of a PMSMP project in March 2024, Gaëtan is now on a permanent contract at Novaxion.

Through our collaboration with Quaternaire, we provide management consulting and training, empowering our employees to grow and take on new responsibilities such as a leadership program for our managers for example.

We are committed to developing future talent by hiring alternating students, offering them the opportunity to gain hands-on experience alongside their studies.

After obtaining his BTS in Electrical Engineering through an apprenticeship at Novaxion, Jules signed his permanent contract in September.

Employee well-being

In November 2023, we earned the “Great Place To Work” certification, reflecting our commitment to a positive and supportive work environment. A certification that we renew each year.

Employee safety is our top priority. We offer health insurance partially covered by the company and provide each employee with comprehensive personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the year.

Our employees receive training in various areas, including electrical safety, occupational health, ergonomics, CSR training, softs skills, and even English language skills, to ensure their ongoing development and well-being.

90% of our suppliers are based in France, helping to support the local economy and reduce our carbon footprint.

We are working with our R&D department on innovation solutions including need on our clients on data system, saving energy, and develop safety in their plant.
